# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It tastes like a decadent coffee shop treat but comes together in five minutes flat with ingredients you probably already have.
  • The protein powder means you're actually drinking something that keeps you full, not just a sugar rush disguised as breakfast.
  • It's customizable enough that you can make it exactly how you like it—thicker, sweeter, more vanilla-forward, whatever your mood demands.
02 -
  • If your shake turns out thin and disappointing, don't blame yourself—add more ice or a spoonful of Greek yogurt next time and it'll transform into something thick and luxurious.
  • The vanilla bean paste makes an enormous difference compared to extract; I used to think they were interchangeable until I tried the paste and realized I'd been selling myself short.
03 -
  • If your blender struggles with ice, fill it with hot water first to warm the pitcher, then dump it out and dry it—this helps the ice break down more efficiently and saves your blender from working too hard.
  • Add the ingredients in the order I listed them, with wet first and ice last, because it helps everything blend smoothly without getting stuck at the bottom of the blender.
